This site is a personal project. I built it with a simple idea in mind: to create a space that values content, community, and clarity over profit, clickbait, and clutter. Here’s why I’ve made the conscious choice to go ad-free:

- Privacy matters. Many ad platforms rely on invasive tracking to target you with ads. That often means collecting data about what you read, where you go, what you click, and even what you don’t. On this site, your data stays yours. Period.
- Content over clicks. When a site relies on ad revenue, it can lead to choices that prioritize page views over value — like sensational headlines or clickbait content. I want to focus on creating things that matter, not things that generate ad impressions.
- A better vibe. Let’s be honest — websites just feel nicer without ads. They’re faster, cleaner, and more enjoyable to explore.

Of course, while this is a passion project, running a website isn’t without its costs. I currently cover all expenses myself — including domain registration, hosting fees, tools, and the time I put into updates and improvements.
As long as I can manage those costs, I’ll keep this site 100% ad-free. This is a personal promise to you, and to myself.
If at some point it becomes financially unsustainable, I’ll explore other ethical options first — like optional donations, memberships, or community-supported models — before even considering ads. And if that day ever comes, I promise to be transparent about it.
